Hello,

i need help or recommendation.

We are using Jira for our Help and Email Desk. Our Problem is, that the FileServer on Jira (whitch save all Emails and Attachmend) are at the Moment 1.8TB Space, but our Storage only Support 2TB Partitions.

Its possible to make a Second partition and Jira use both Partition to save Emails and Attachmends.

Out Jira Service Provide says, thats not possible because jira dont have/support this function.

It that true, because every Software supports several Partition on the Fileserver

Dank you

Hi @Alexander ,

if you're on a Linux system for your Jira installation, then you could definitely have several partitions for attachments and use symbolic links to have them stored in a separate partition.

You could also mount the partition on a specific path I believe.

If you're on Windows, then I'm not really an expert so you might want to wait for another answer.

Let me know if this helps,
