Hi, please help me reactive our jira account! we don't use it often but we still use it! How can we prevent it continuing to be deactivated? Please help.

If you're still having issues after that you can create a ticket with Atlassian Support and choose the 'Billing, payments, and pricing' option. They're better equipped to assist with billing issues than the community here.
