question about read only asset attribute

Hi , I have a problem with asset attributes in jira. there is not any feature to make a single artribute readonly to prevent any edits on it .I mean in asset part not in related fields in issue, exactly in asset attribute section. Any one has guidance to do that ? 

I use data center version.

From my understanding, there isn’t a direct way to make individual asset attributes read-only within the asset management module.

You might need to explore Jira Data Center's configuration settings or use a plugin like Insight for more granular control.

Alternatively, consider using automation rules to restrict attribute editing.
