migrating jira--problem with image migrating

Hi

I migrated my JIRA production 6.3.12 to a temporary environment to practice an upgrade to 6.4.2. After the migration of the JIRA prod data I noticed that when I brought up a board the image for the project doesn't resolve. For example see below – when I just look at the projects I see the image is resolved: 

Does anyone know a way that I can get the images to resolve on the other screens?

I think the icons are visible in the Projects list because of your browsers cache. 

For migration, you will need to move the avatars manually especially if they are not from the default provided lists.
