jira report for delay in project.

In Jira I need a report that shows me where the delay occurred ,That means if I set a due date for the task and the status of the task was not "done" until a period after the delivery date I need a report that shows me this delay.

By 'Delivery date' is that a fixed date for the whole project or is it captured as a custom field for the give tasks along with the due date?

When you mean "Report" do you mean an actual report, like a Sprint-Burndown Chart? Or would a Filter on a Dashboard be enough?
