Data Center offers its users the ability to track who deleted issues and when. It’s available only for Jira admins, and you can find it when checking the audit log.
So, if you have admin access, you also need to ensure that all settings are configured correctly to start recording deleted tasks. Change End-user activity from “Base” to “Advanced”. Go for Settings → System → Audit log → Settings → Coverage → End-user activity → Advanced.

The following actions can help you avoid losing deleted issues in the future:
- Back up your projects.
- Get the app from the Atlassian Marketplace. The app developed by my team (Issue History for Jira) helps to track and restore deleted issues. However, storing deleted issues is started only after activating the option in the add-on.

There is no history log when the issues created in Jira are deleted. If errors occur when the data is used for statistical assessment, how to audit it?
If issues get deleted from Jira, then they are indeed gone (permanently). Instead if trying to audit this, it would be a better approach to avoid deleting issues altogether.
Delete issues is a permission that can be configured (for company managed projects) in the permission schemes associated with your projects. I always recommend disabling the delete issues permission completely and replace it with a workaround: add a cancelled (or rejected or anything else that makes sense) status to your workflows so people can classify the issues that won't be worked on. That eliminates the problem that data disappear and you can use Jira standard features to report on anything that was cancelled while the issues remain in Jira.

你说的替代做法我已经了解过,实际情况是在一个大型公司共用一套系统的时候,存在各个部门不同的管理规则,禁掉delect键的操作如果要和所有部门讨论并取得一致意见,是一个非常耗费精力且漫长的事情。
