Hello @Andrea

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Please provide a link to the tutorial you viewing, or a screen shot of the screen it is showing you.

Also please provide a full screen image of the screen you actually see in Jira. We don't need to see the URL, but please make sure the screen image shows everything related to Jira within the browser tab.

Hello @Andrea

These are not full screen images and are missing a critical piece from the lower left corner that tell us the type of project:

I suspect that your issue is what @Divya Shree suggested - you are using a Team Managed project and the Issue Navigator feature (under Project Settings / Features) is not enabled in your project.

In the tutorial they may be using a Company Managed project where it is enabled by default, or they may have manually enabled it.

Hi @Andrea !

Please check your Project Type. If you are in a Company Managed Project, there will be Issues in the side bar which is enabled by default in project settings where as in Team Managed Project, you might need to look for options like List or Board instead.

Hey @Andrea ! I am able to see the screenshots you have attached. Seems like you're in Team Managed project with Kanban template.
