We have the requestor who created the ticket that should view only the automatic response which is "Your request status has changed to L1 Support" -- Well this is correct.
The incorrect is ---- The Approver's view also shows the "Your request status has changed to L1 Support" which is supposed to be "The request status has changed to L1 Support".
Is it possible to edit or change this Automatic Response? If yes, how?
We want to change from "Your request" to "The request" for all user's view.
