i have a jira app on local and i am using jira with ngrok how to host this app on jira cloud

I want to add Jira app on Jira cloud for business use. this is possible to host on Jira cloud otherwise i need to host any hosting place like godaddy nad other?

You can upload app in jira 

Jira settings>apps>manage apps>Upload app

note:make sure that private listing & development mode is enabled in settings
