Hi @Sandeepsai

As I understand you have server version which don't allow upgrades anymore since Atlassian deprecate it.

What you can do is to put data center trial licence and upgrade Jira from 6.4 to 7.x, then from 7.x to 8.x and then from 8.x to latest one.

Similar case you can find here - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Upgrading-and-moving-JIRA-from-version-6-4-2-to-8-1-0/qaq-p/1084556

Also don't forget to read upgrade notes - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftware/jira-software-release-notes-776821069.html

After that how to upgrade the trial license to perpetual license?
We have a similar case, we have old server v7.12.3 license purchased, is that any way to upgrade to the latest server version license v9.12.16?
