We are using Ondemand, trial version. I would like to know how we send email notification to the users or assignees of the bugs.
Secondly, how do we get updates through emails, whenever changes happen in the bugs( be it getting fixed or anything else)?
Third Question is why do you have a system administrator as one of the 8 given users for us, thus giving us only 7 users to check on?
Regarding you first two questions, the Notification Scheme associated with your project defines who gets notifies on what all occasions. Tune that to match your needs.
