how to add new entries into Affected Versions and Fix Versions fields

Hello,

I am using Jira Studio.

Does anyone know how to add more entries into the "Affect Versions" and "Fix Versions" fields?

In the drop down, there are the following:

Unreleased Versions, Beta, Beta2, Beta3, Final, and Future

I'd like to add a new naming convention to this drop down for our QA group.

Does anyone know how I can do this? If you could give me the steps, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Browse to your project, Click on 'Versions' tab and click 'Manage Versions'. You can add the versions there!

I don't see the "manage Version' button. is that because I don't permission or am not the Project Lead for this?

In my version of Jira the tab where you access this is called "Releases" not "versions"
