estou tentando entender como posso usar o whatsapp em 10 estações diferentes (whatsapp permite apenas 4 ) e com um sistema de acompanhamento  das mensagens (kanban), que podemos organizar o começo e o fim do atendimento.

não entendi muito bem o funcionamento do JIRA, e até encontrei alguma coisa de integração do whatsapp ao JIRA, mas não consegui compreender como funciona
