Is there a way to export issue by scriptrunner in csv or xml and save the file on the same server where jira is deployed?

If Excel (XLSX, to be precise) files are acceptable as well, then the Better Excel Automation app supports the Save Excel automation action which does exactly what you look for!

(Discl. this app is developed and supported by our team.)

You can export issues to csv/xls from issue search (I think xml is an option also), and you can do practically anything imaginable with scriptrunner, but I kind of miss the purpose, what are you trying to do? How is the server involved, for what purpose?

Hello, sorry for such a long reply.
We want to upload a task file with certain fields to a directory on the Jira server, so that we can use it later to automate the creation of virtual machines by a third-party system. Therefore, this needs to be done automatically
