- What is your relationship with Jira? Are you a team lead, a curious user, an admin?
- What kind of business are you working with? This might be helpful to understand what this examination_center is on your business context.
- Do you have any country field on your issues?
One way you could do such a feast, would be extracting all issues in the context you work on - and in excel search for what defines an examination_centre and filter by country - but that is a lot of assumptions of your instance of jira.
