enabling story points to incidents and tasks globaly in cloud environment

Hello

 


in most of our software projects, it is unfortunately not possible to assign story points to incidents and tasks.

Only "estimate story points" are possible.

However, this is possible for some colleagues within a Project.

is there a way to enable this globally?

Hello @Michael Ziegler 

The field "Story points" applies to Company Managed projects. The field "Story points estimate" applies to Team Managed projects.

You can't use the "Story points" field in Team Managed projects.

You can determine the project type by checking the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

For Company Managed projects you make a field available in the project issues by adding it to the Screens used by those issue types in those projects.
