Hi Kata,

Please ensure that the issue types in your CSV file follow the correct hierarchy (e.g., Sub-tasks should have Tasks or Stories as parents). Verify that the Parent ID or Epic Link columns in your CSV are mapped correctly.

Also during the import, ensure you're mapping fields like Issue Type and Parent ID correctly. If parent-child relationships aren't mapped properly, Jira will not accept those issues.
