delete group users at once in oracle 11g in redhat env, these users are synced through Windows AD

how to delete all the group users at once in oracle 11g in redhat env for Jira, these users are synced through Windows AD and now we are using different Windows AD, because of these users are duplicated in cwd_user table.

You shouldn't need to do that.  Put the new directory at the top of the list of user directories, check it all works, and then delete the old directory from the list.
