How to create a sprint report for the latest sprint which is closed. I am able to do it based on the issue list from that sprint. But, then I have to pick it everytime manually. Is there a way it can automatically be triggered at the end of every sprint?
Hi @Ipsita Pattnaik 👋
Welcome to the community!
Also, you can do it with Sprint Report feature in Time In Status add-on. Primary propose of our add-on is generating reports that show how much time each issue has spent on each status, assignee, team, or project. Also we have Sprint Performance Report which contains various metrics for each sprint.
I would be happy if you had a look at it!
Try Time In Status for Jira for free.
You can also book a live demo - we'll show you the application inside out and answer all your questions.
Have a nice day and happy sprinting 🥳
Welcome to our community,
There's the sprint report, is it what you want for the report?
I think we could also try an automation rule when sprint is completed to auto create a confluence page to show the issue list in this sprint. You could refer to: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Automation-articles/Jira-Automation-Updating-a-Confluence-page-with-information-from/ba-p/2660113#M1607
Hope it helps.
Thanks,

Hi @Ipsita Pattnaik,
The easiest way to achieve your goal would be to use solution proposed by @YY Brother
Just open the sprint report in Reporting panel:
And then select a Sprint you want to report against. You could also research the Automation capabilities to automate the reporting up to some extent.
If you are up to Marketplace solutions, let me present you Report Builder by Actonic https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216997
Report Builder features a built-in "Latest N Sprints" report that you can utilize. A report generated in Report Builder can be added to a Jira dashboard or integrated into Confluence as an iFrame.

Rustem.

Hi @Ipsita Pattnaik,
Are you referring to the Jira's Sprint Report or to a different report?
Anyway, if it happens to have our Great Gadgets app installed, you could try the sprint Burndown Burnup Chart gadget. The gadget has an option to select the latest sprint automatically.
And besides the burndown chart itself, the gadget offers also a Data tab with a sprint report similar to the one of Jira, which can be easily exported in CSV.
Hope this helps.

For detailed sprint status, if you would be interested in a mktplace app, pls do take a look at
Sprint Velocity & Status Gadgets
The app comes with couple of gadgets to track sprint status with multiple parameters and also to track team member's velocity in a sprint . Do try it out.
