Xray: Adding defect from Failed step does not fetch the Test steps automatically

In my Jira Xray - While raising a Defect at the failed step, it brings up the Bug raise window, but the Description box is blank and it is not fetching the test steps automatically till the failed steps.

How to fix this, so that I auto populates the test steps in the Bug description window.

Hi @Prabu M,

It is an option in Xray that needs to be configured.

Please go to the Xray settings (in Jira Administraion \ Apps) and under the Miscellaneous you have the Defect Default Values \ Include Steps Table in Description :

Hi. What do I do when I'm on the Cloud version of Jira and I want to disable this option? The documentation does not mention it.
