I imported our OnDemand data to our on prem version.
Everything looks like it is there and working fine until....
I create a new issue and assign it to someone. The permissons are the exact same as the OnDemand instance mind you and after I create the issue I login with the person it is assigned to in order to begin work. However, when I go to view the issue, there is no button on the issue screen availabel to start progress. Is there any way to figure out what the issue is?
I keep looking at the workflow tranisitons and on one, the condition says something like this:
comparisonType = 1
fieldValue = Fixed
fieldsList = resolution
conditionList = 6"
Any idea what this is?
The default workflow has a condition which says, only the assignee can perform Start Progress. If you need to change that, you need to change the workflow as well to allow may be project administrators to do it.
To check this, create an issue and assign to yourself and check whether the button is visible.
