Why the new project can't come out in the project list of "Agile->Planning Board"

I create a new project, but I can't see it in the project list of "Agile->Planning Board", that it, there is only the old projects in the list. I can't see the bugs/storys of this new project in the Agile view.

A guess - perhaps an administrator has restricted projects? See Restricting GreenHopper to Selected Projects.
