This is a question for Atlassian.

On 28th Feb, I added my comment at the bottom of the JIRA blog introducing JIRA enterprise. The post expresses that the price rise is absolutely shocking and is a totally unacceptable increase. The link to the comment is as follows, but until Atlassian finish moderating it you won't be able to read it.

The basic content however is also placed in Atlassian Answers in question form (and I'm pleased to see it's already the 2nd highest voted question, see https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/?sort=mostvoted; when the new bills start arriving on the managers desk it'll go through the roof):

Now, it's 1 week later (6th March) and my blog comment is still in the status, "Your comment is awaiting moderation.".

The obvious answer from outsiders is "Ha, ha, of course if you complain about their prices, they're not going to publish your post!".

I want an answer from Atlassian. Are you going to publish it or not? If not, I want to know your justification. Is there anything I say in it that is not true? No. Is there anything I say that is expressed rudely or with bad language? No. The only justification I can see for you not publishing it is that you want to supress negative comment on the price rises.

It's your website, you have a right to allow what you like. But if you are confident that you are doing the right thing with your price structure and not ashamed and embarrased at the rises, what are you trying to hide?

I'm wondering why a bug I filed last week hasn't been looked at yet either.
