Why are my tickets suddenly disappeared but I can search with number. If I search by number then that searched ticket with old status "In progress" only appearing. Till I had searched tickets with number and those only appearing after changing the status to "In progress". So far we have 220 ticket but only 6 tickets are appearing after doing like above.
Please team, help me to find out all the ticket on our JIRA Cards.

Can you tell me where you are trying to see all the tickets? In the dashboard or in the queue??

Hi Megha,
Thank you for the reply. I am checking in both "Kanban board' and as well as under "Issues" section. In both places only searched ticket with number and status changed manually to "In progress" are appearing.
Please help me on this asap, its blocking our work.
