Why are my recently created Test Cases unable to be added the Test Cycle?

 I have been having this issue off and on for some time, and my direct Supervisor is unable to add them either. When I am creating these new test cases, they are visible under Test Cases in Zephyr Scale (sometimes not initially and requires some page refreshing), but when the desired Test Cycle is selected to edit, it is not showing the recently added Test Cases. When I deselect 'Exclude test cases that have been added' and select 'Add others', it still does not show any of the previously added of the Test Cases to the Test Cycle. Why are these recently added Test Cases disappearing from the Add existing Test Case list? They are all attached to the same group.

Based on what you've told me, the only reason I can think of why this is happening is that you are not looking in the right folder for your test cases.  When you create a test case you add it to a folder.  That could be the root folder or another one of your creation/choice.  When you then add test cases to a cycle, you have to select the folder where your test case is located (or select the root folder and then search for your test case), to be able to add it.  Zephyr Scale has its own community forum below where you can gain help.  I'll add a few links below for you:
