Which API to use

Hallo community

Iam trying to build an intergration with tempo tracker but iam having a hard time to understand which API is the right one.

So I basicly need to build the tempo timetracker with the features:

• Select issue
• Start timer
• Submit the time 
• Enter a description 

I hope that somebody can point me in the right direction.
