Where do I change who gets the jira update email?

Where do I change who gets the jira update email?

I added a "verifier" field to Jira.

I want to make sure in addition to Assignee and reported the jira update email also is sent to the verifier.

How do I do that?

I looke din services and listeners and did google search but no luck.
