Hi suhail,

It looks like you'll be able to, indeed. This feature's in development right now but Confluence already has some documentation on it. It looks like JIRA's equivalent files are in the path ./atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/help-paths.properties:

whatsnew_iframe_link.url=whatsnew/iframe
whatsnew_iframe_link.title=
whatsnew_full_link.url=whatsnew/full
whatsnew_full_link.title=

I haven't actually tested this. If you get stuck, please repost and I'll get the exact procedure.
