When creating a issue(Story) what information goes into the mandatory L1, L2, L3 fields.

Hi @S_ Morgan,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

You are better off asking your Jira admin that question, those fields are custom fields and your admin should know the process around them. The community do not have access to other customers instances.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Those are not fields that are created by Jira. Your Jira Administrators have added those as custom fields specifically for your environment.

You will need to check with your Project Lead(s) or your Jira Administrators to find out the proper use for those fields.
