When I add a comment to a JIRA epic, sometimes the comment shows up with all html tags in plain text.
I have some more info. This issue seems to mainly occur when I add a comment as part of 'editing' a ticket (eg. update some fields and then add a comment at the bottom of the 'Edit' screen to confirm what has been done/ next steps. If I add a comment from the normal epic issue screen there is no HTML tags etc around the comments.
Please let me know how I can prevent this from happening, as it is very hard to read the message with all the HTML tags.
The email that gets send from the comment being added, is fine though.
