I have been trying to create support request with Atlassian but I am unable to do like many other who are screaming for support in many threads.
What is the Atlassian Support Number where I can call in to get some technical support? They sure not making things easier on customer.
Whaw, I am looking at buying the product, given i cant contact them, maybe this is a sign not to.
Hi Jay,
As outlined on https://www.atlassian.com/enterprise/support-services - only some service levels have phone support, and if you have this support level, you will have been provided with the relevant contact methods during on-boarding.
For non-phone support, you will need to use https://support.atlassian.com - or - ask your question here in the Atlassian Community and others may be able to assist.

Point is I am not able to create online support from https://support.atlassian.com
Here are users who are having similar issues opening cases with tech support:
IE, Chrome... all the same.. It kicks me out of support page when creating issue and says backend had problem so can't submit my ticket.

Same has been happening with me and my company's issue Atlassian has gone from excellent to the worst shity customer service I ever had. I'm so disappointed to have refer them to so many people.
