What happen if a user needs to change to a different workload scheme in Tempo?

Greetings community, today I come with another question. We are using TEMPO to record hours in our projects. Currently one of the users must change their workload scheme. Does this affect the report for previous months? Or can the history of previous months be maintained and reflect the change from the month in which it is changed? Greetings and thanks

Hi @Mariano Tallarico _Appricity_,

A user can only be in 1 workload scheme at a time. So when you update a user's scheme, his workload (and required hours) will change, even in the past.

If you use Tempo's approval system, this does not impact approved timesheets in the past. While it may seem as if the user has worked way too many hours (or too few, depending on the scenario) - nothing changes about the actual hours worked, obviously.

Hope this helps!
