What about premier support for server versus data center?

Will premier support continue to cover on prem server versions of jira and confluence?

There is no expectation of it going away.  If anything, Atlassian are increasing the numbers and support.

I'll second Nic's comment.  Premier is not just for data center deployments.  In fact premier customers are supported for all deployment types as per Atlassian support offerings.    I don't expect that fact to change any time soon.
