We would like to set-up the one more customfiled " UserStory" link Relationship similar to Epic Link as a custom filed in our Test JIRA Instance.
Please let me know the steps to get a "UserStory" link customized field as a drop down, which gives the flexibility to choose any story in JIRA.

You will need to write a JIRA Software add-on to duplicate that functionality.  The Epic link is not a field type, it's a linking system built into the core of JIRA and JIRA Software.
