View Boards goes to spinning wheel and does not load. Am I missing something?

When I click on view boards in 8.3.2, it goes to spinning wheel and would not load.

 

Any ideas?

 

I initially installed 8.2.1 but had the same issue and upgraded to 8.3.2 to no avail.

 

Can anyone suggest how to fix this?
