Hi,
I am trying automate creation of JIRA ticket.
User will send the requests to some generic mail id. Taking this as input JIRA ticket has to be created automatically.
Please guide me.

I have gone through content.
But i have many other fields to be filled like from which project user is raising ticket, Location of the user. These are some major things. I have doubt about how to proceed these things.

if you need to map parts of the email to custom fields etc, than you will might take a look to add-ons like JEMH, which offer such functionality
