User import from csv File

Hi,

is it possible to import users from a csv File or any other external data source to create them automatically in JIRA?

From CSV, you can add by converting it to a jelly script (although I'd prefer to convert it to lines to feed into Bob's CLI, it's much easier), or you could create a dummy project, import your list as though they were issues with assignees, then delete the project when you're done.
