×Hi,
I have the work management project setup.
In the board view, I could see all the team members avatars who has tickets assigned in the board.
But one user avatar is not showing but there are many tickets assigned to that user in the board. Is there any other specific logic on showing the avatar in the top?
Only the users acting on issue lately are shown, the other users are under the +7 in your case.
Not all users are shown on top.
@Marc - Devoteam User is not shown in the "+7" also, that's the problem.
Hence wanted to understand the logic on showing the user avatar in that section.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Has the user been granted the correct permissions and/or is are the issues assigned to the user included in the board filter?

@Marc - Devoteam Yes, there are issues assigned in the board to the user, but the avatar is missing in the top.

So issues on the board show the assigned usr, but on top this user is missing, correct?
Are there any quick filters active?
Could you create a new board and a new filter and see if you will see everyone, it could be an issue with the board.
Otherwise, if a new board doesn't solve the issue reach out to Atlassian support
