I cant access to our company's Jira, nor I could raise a support ticket,
how could i contact the support?

Based on the URL shown in the image, that does not appear to be a Jira Cloud (hosted by Atlassian) Jira instance. Rather it appears to be a self-hosted (hosted by the owning company) Jira instance. You need to contact the administrators of the instance within that company. If you are an employee of that company I suggest you start by contact the Information Technology/Support department of the company.
