If I start to create an issue in Jira cloud and need to leave the open dialog open for a while, for example due to a call, adding attachments to the issue cannot be done anymore. The browse button works but after selecting a file, nothing happens.
I have to save the issue and then reopen it in order to add the attachments. I guess some session token times out? Is there anything that can be done to prevent this happening?
Yes, I think it is a session token timeout. Probably there is nothing you can do about it.
