Unable to remove a Jira instance from my profile

I accidentally logged in to a workspace with my email address that I should not have access to and that I do not want to show up in my profile. I cannot find any way to remove this instance from my profile, and I cannot find any information online either.

When I click on the application choose top left (the 9 boxes), this workspace always shows up as an icon in the left hand side column. It's incredibly annoying given that the two first letters are the same as a workspace that I actively use (which triggered my accidentally logging into the wrong workspace in the first place).

Will anyone explain how I can remove that workspace from my profile? I do not have access to the admin part of that workspace, nor do I have access to anyone administering that workspace.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The only way the product can be removed from your profile is for the Administrators of that product to revoke your access to it.

It is not possible for an end user to "leave" a product on their own.

Atlassian Support will not revoke your access to the product. They will tell you that you need to contact the owners of that product.

If you are unable to contact the owner/administrators of that product, then you are stuck with that product remaining in your profile, unfortunately.

The only way Atlassian Support might be able to help is they might provide you with contact information for the owner/administrators of that product, but only if it won't violate their confidentiality policies. You would have to open a support case with Atlassian to find out if they would do that for your specific case.
