The documentation for "Best practices on using the resolution field" states to click "Add post function" to add a resolution to a transition.

When I go through the solution steps, I can see the text in blue that says "Add post function" but it is not responsive to clicks.
I am a Jira admin, the board is a Jira Workflow. Why would I see the link to add post function but not be able to interact with it? The "Best Practices" document really seems like what we should be doing with our transitions. Is there some extra step I'm missing such as creating a draft and editing that (it doesn't say to do that anywhere)?
Hi @Tommo
Please share a snapshot of your entire browser screen where you see the option "Add post function". It will help understanding the problem better.
BR,
Gaurav
Thanks, I think I have solved the problem.
The instructions do not say that we must edit a draft of the workflow. I had the text "You are viewing an active workflow. Edit draft" at the top of the transition. Unclear why the "Add post function" text appears without interactivity, but after I click "Edit draft" I am able to add the necessary post function. (Annoyingly, clicking "Edit draft" does take you off the transition edit page.)
