Unable to access jira project

Hi All

  For security reasons, our jira service is deployed in the Intranet environment, and now we need to open the Internet to access and use, so that they can work at home. Currently, when accessing jira from the Internet, they can log in normally, but each access item will be redirected to the interface after successful login.

Hi @arno 

A lot of red flags here regarding security and opening up your instance to the internet, especially if you are still on server.  Let's ignore those for now.

If I understand correctly, your users can log into Jora, but it redirects them after login?  I'm not sure what you are referring to as the "interface?"  However it is most likely that you have not opened up all ports necessary.

Now, let's un-ignore the security.  You should at least enforce a VPN for these users and design this with your network administrators.
