We have several custom fields and tabs on the Edit Issue Screen however when I attempt to Edit an issue I can only see the Assignee, Priority, and Comment system fields. I am working in the same project and have the same permissions as other end-users and they can see all of the fields and tabs on the Edit Issue Screen. I can't find any specific configuration for groups or users to explain the issue. Also, I noticed the other Jira administrator can't see them either but end-users can. Any thoughts?

Verify if the custom fields are associated with the Edit Issue Screen in the project's screen scheme. You can check this by navigating to Project Settings > Screens and confirming the configuration for the Edit Screen.
Since the issue affects both administrators and not end-users, verify if there are any Field Configuration Schemes or Custom configuration from third party apps applied to the project. Field Configuration Schemes might hide specific fields for certain roles or groups.
