×I've just created a JIRA Cloud Team. However, when came the time to import an image as a logo for the team, things started to go wrong. I made a PowerPoint slide with text and saved the slide as an PNG image. When imported, all the letters are distorted and most of them are off screen. Please see the screenshot. Is there a way or a workaround to solve this problem ?
Hi @Jean Gagne , I am trying to recall the recommendation for image size. Maybe 1105x300?
Hello Mr. @Jack Brickey I will use bitmap graphics software like Windows' Paint. I'll try this at your recommended resolution.

Hello Mr. @Jack Brickey Looks like I'm on track, 1105x300 works just about fine. It's bitmap so it's not perfect but it's better than before.

Hi @Jean Gagne , thanks for your question.
Have you referred to these guidelines on the size of the PNG file? https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-the-look-and-feel-of-jira-applications/
They are pretty specific about the size limitations. If you can, please try to use another program, like Paint and set the canvas size to meet the guidelines.
I hope this helps you.
Best wishes

Hello Mrs. @Valerie Knapp That's exactly what I will do. I will stop using vector graphics software for these assignments. I will use Windows' Paint.
