Hi @Raina Anand

This should not be too difficult.

As a trigger you can use issue transitioned and pick cancelled in the TO field

As an action: edit issue and chose the Story Points field. Set it to 0

Hi @Raina Anand , can you explain how "Canceled" Is defined? Is there a resolution value of canceled or is there an actual status called canceled? if you happen to be using a company managed project and Cancelled is a Status then I might consider doing this via a post function in your workflow. You can also achieve this through automation but need more details on "cancelled".

Cancelled is a status in the workflow.
