Currently, in the sprint completion modal, tasks with the status "DONE" or "DUPLICATED" are displayed as "0 issues completed," and the actual number of completed tasks is not being reflected correctly.
Here are the specific details of the situation:
Why is this problem happening?
Hello @Yusei Saito
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
In what type of project do these issues exist? Get the project Type information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.
Can you show use the mapping of Statuses to Columns for your board? That is found under the Configure Board option. What I would like to determine is if the DONE and DUPLICATED statuses are both mapped to the column farthest to the right on your board.
Also, do these task contain subtasks, and if so, what is the status of the subtasks?

Hello @Yusei Saito
For an issue to be considered "complete" in a sprint, the issue and all its subtasks must be in the status mapped to the column farthest to the right.
Since you have two statuses that represent "completed" issues, you would need to map both of those statuses to the right most column of your board for issues in both statuses to be considered "complete" when the sprint ends.

Hey @Yusei Saito
Please go to board configuration and make sure the mentioned status is in the right-most column.
That should help you resolve the issue. As per the design, the status in the rightmost column is considered resolved/completed once it is reached.

@Yusei Saito , I think the problem is with unmapped statuses in the Board Config as @Trudy Claspill mentioned.. Hope the proper mapping resolves your issue.
