As I understood it from the presentation at Team 24, the new UI is rolling out to all cloud customers right now. It have yet to appear in my workspace as well, but we will probably see it shortly.

Can't seem to find any written documentation / article about the new UI, or it's rollout schedule to link to, though.

Same here. It's February soon, but we didn't get the new UI yet

We've found two problems with the new experience, and at this stage I'm not recommending it to my users:

1. One of our ScriptRunner script validator fails (testing the value of a custom field).
2. There is no shortcut key to complete the issue transition
   Shift+Alt+S works on the old experience - See JRACLOUD-84777

OTOH since Atlassian has been making changes we have also experienced some issues closing issues using the old experience.  :-|
