Hi guys,
I implemented a plugin through MailServerManager class to send customized mail, and it works well.
And at the same time , I want to utilize Enable/Disable Outgoing Mail feature on the Outgoing Mail page to control whether send mail or not.
Which class or API I could use? In another word, which API could indicate Enable/Disable Outgoing Mail feature?
