I need to enter a support ticket to configure SSO for a new platform we just purchased called 6Sense. I do not have access to Jira to enter a support ticket. What is the process to get access?

You should contact your IT Support team and they should be able to help you get access or point you in the right direction. The community mainly made up by Atlassian customers and as such we do not have access to other customers instances.
Spend the day sharpening your skills in Atlassian Cloud Organization Admin or Jira Administration, then take the exam onsite. Already ready? Take one - or more - of 12 different certification exams while you’re in Anaheim at Team' 25.
